✦ General Rules

- Requesting my commission is requesting my art style, don't edit the final work without consulting me first;- You may not copy, edit, redistribute, or claim my artwork as your own under any circumstances;- I retain all intellectual rights over my artwork, even when you purchase usage rights;- NFTs and AI training or generation using my artwork are strictly forbidden;- The price might increase depending on complexity;- The client must always credit me (I’m @jujubazord on all platforms) when using or sharing the commissioned work. This includes social media posts (either in the same post or in a comment below), personal websites (on the same image, in a small caption, or photo description), and other platforms whenever possible.

- Render→ Revisions: All revisions will contain a watermark. Sketch phase can have as many revisions as necessary, color phase will have 2 if necessary and from that no changes are allowed without additional charges.

✦ usage rights

- You may use the commissioned artwork on social media, personal websites, and for personal enjoyment.- Commercial usage is not allowed unless it is declared and paid for in advance.- I may showcase your artwork in my portfolio or on social media, I can only delay for a few days and depending on the situation a fee might be added.- I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

✦ Commercial use

- For content that generates income.→ You may use the commissioned artwork as you please for personal use.- Creation of digital content for distribution on commercial and revenue-generating platforms operated by the commissioner.
→ A 30% fee will be applied- Commercial Merchandising: creation, re-selling and distribution of value-add digital or physical merchandising (e.g., prints, charms, clothing, books), promotional content (ads, packaging):
→ A 80% Commercial Fee applies by default.- Re-selling the artwork "as-is" is not allowed.→ Please contact me beforehand to confirm.- Must always give a clear credit to the artist @jujubazord (applies to all).
